President's Message
As the only active charter member of the Civitan Club of Perth it is a distinct honour to be the club's president as we enter our 43rd year of service to our community. I and the other 26 members who proudly became the charter members of this club could not imagine the contribution our club has made to our area. Last year alone we provided financial assistance to the area in the amount of $58,000 as well as countless man hours in loaning medical equipment from our Interclub Medical Bank, scaring 1,000 kids in our Haunted House at the Crystal Palace or providing a snowshoeing and cross country skiing competition for Special Olympian athletes.I am looking forward to leading our club down the road of continued success as we have in the past. I would encourage anyone who is interested in helping others to consider the Civitan Club of Perth. Join a group of over 100 members who are working as a team to help others in need.
