Civitan Club of Perth
Summer Fundraising Activities

Since the summertime is vacation time, the Civitan Club of Perth has no major, annual fundraising activities scheduled during this period.   Bingo and hall rentals continue as our main source of income during this time.

Since no fundraising events are scheduled, we take this time to entertain ourselves.  The Canadian District East Golf Tournament and the Canadian District East District Horseshoe Tournament are held in the summer.

We also have our Mystery Tour and Family Picnic during this wonderful season.

Although no major fundraisers are scheduled, the members of the Perth Civitan Club sometimes come up with ideas for projects.  For example, in past years we have done a barbeque  in the TD Bank parking lot and given the profits to the kids at Merrywood Camp.

When the fall arrives, it's back to meetings and projects.
